Dates and hotels have been confirmed, and preparations are now under way for two NorthLegal Bankruptcy Conferences in 2013!

The week of August 19, the NorthLegal General Bankruptcy Conference will move to Nashville, Tennessee on the banks of the Cumberland River. As in previous years, this three-and-a-half day program will include introductory, intermediate and advanced issues, and is intended to provide consumer lending professionals with the most complete bankruptcy training available. From October 21-23, the first ever NorthLegal Advanced Bankruptcy Conference will be held in beautiful San Diego, California. At the request of many who have attended the general bankruptcy conference over the past twelve years, the Advanced Bankruptcy Conference will skip the preliminaries and focus on advanced issues. We are still working out the agenda and the prerequisites for attending the Advanced Bankruptcy Conference. Certainly those who have already attended the NorthLegal Bankruptcy Conference in prior years are welcome to attend this year's advanced program; we are evaluating what criteria will be used for accepting others.
