In August 2021 the NorthLegal Consumer Collections Conference will return to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, and New York New York Hotel & Casino will be our home for this program.  In Las Vegas, there is no shortage of things to do after class has adjourned for the day.  Whether you’re taking advantage of all the city has to offer or simply lounging by the pool, there is something for everyone.

Las Vegas is an amazing place; if you have been there you know what we mean—if you haven't it's hard to explain. The city constantly reinvents itself with new hotels, shows, and other attractions, so the Las Vegas of today is likely to be different than the Las Vegas you saw last time you were there. "The Strip" boasts an incredible display of glitz, and offers luxurious casinos, fine dining, shopping, live entertainment, dazzling light shows, a replica of the New York skyline complete with a Statue of Liberty, and re-creations of the  Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt. The free light show in front of the Bellagio is a must-see event.

Inside, the New York New York Hotel & Casino, like its namesake, never sleeps. Hungry? You'll find everything from pizza, to pastrami on rye, to fine dining. Adventurous? The hotel even has its own "Big Apple" roller coaster! Want to relax? The pool and cabanas are a great place to unwind on an August evening after class!

Getting There

New York New York Las Vegas is located on the Strip at 3790 Las Vegas Boulevard South.  If you are driving to the program, the Hotel offers self or valet parking at varied rates depending upon length of time.  Click here for parking rates.

For those arriving by air, Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) is 2 miles from the hotel.

Hotel Reservations

1. Making Reservations

New York New York Hotel & Casino is holding a limited number of Park Avenue rooms for us at a special rate of $69.00 per night (single or double occupancy), plus a mandatory $37.00 per room per day resort fee, plus taxes, for Sunday arrival and Thursday departure (August 15-19, 2021).  They have offered a discounted weekend rate of $119.00/night plus a mandatory $37.00 per room per day resort fee, plus taxes for up to ten rooms on Friday and Saturday nights, August 13th and 14th, or Friday and Saturday nights, August 20nd and 21st.  After our room block has been filled (or after our reservation cutoff date of Monday, July 26, 2021, whichever comes first) room reservations will be subject to availability.

2. Credit Card Authorization Form

If you need to make your hotel reservations using a credit card that does not have your personal name on it, you will need to complete a Card Authorization Form and send it to Group Services (nynygroups@nynyvegas.com). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a Group Services Specialist for assistance at 702.632.9923, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., PST..

3. Federal Credit Union Tax Exemption

Federal credit unions are exempt from hotel occupancy tax. In order to claim this exemption, you must present a copy of the NCUA Letter of Tax Exemption as well as a completed Clark County Transient Lodging Tax Exemption Form to the front desk at the time you check into the hotel. You may also fax it to the Hotel with the Credit Card Authorization, if applicable.  (See Credit Card Authorization above.)
