Meeting Location and Hotel Information

Hilton Nashville Green Hills
3801 Cleghorn Ave.
Nashville, TN 37215

We are excited to announce Nashville as our destination for the 2021 NorthLegal Bankruptcy Fundamentals Seminar and the Advanced Bankruptcy Conference.  The newly built Hilton Nashville Green Hills is in the popular Green Hills neighborhood, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and just 5 miles from downtown Nashville.

Nearby Attractions

Nashville has become a major conference destination because there is so much to see and do.  Everyone knows Nashville is the home of country music; in fact, the Bluebird Cafe (where famous singers and songwriters often drop in to try out new material) is less than a mile from the hotel! Within just a few miles you can visit the Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ol' Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, museums dedicated to country artists like Johnny Cash and Patsy Kline, or downtown Nashville.

But there is a lot more to Nashville than just country music! Clubs featuring blues, jazz and rock are all easy to find in "Music City." The new National Museum of African American Music (opening in 2021) is just six miles away. As "The Coolest Tastiest City in the South”, Nashville offers a fantastic food scene that includes all sorts of wonderful Southern specialties (amazing BBQ, Nashville Hot Chicken, Fried Pickles!). Culture, art, the historic Belle Meade Mansion, and the Parthenon all can be found nearby. Come the weekend before or stay the weekend after and visit famous historical and recreational tourist attractions, including Natchez Trace, Civil War sites, and the Jack Daniels Distillery.

Hotel Reservations

1. Making Reservations

The Hilton Nashville Green Hills has blocked a limited number of Run of House guest rooms for us at a special rate of $179.00 per night plus taxes from September 19 to 24, 2021.  There is no resort fee.  The room rate is being offered up to 3 days pre and post, subject to room type availability, and is on a first come, first served basis.  Once our room block has been filled (or after our reservation cutoff date of Monday, August 30, 2021, whichever comes first), room reservations will be subject to availability.

You can make your room reservations online by clicking here.  Or, you may make reservations by telephone by calling 615.297.9979, select option 1, then option 1.  Be sure to tell the reservations agent you are with NorthLegal (Group Code LEGAL).

2. Credit Card Authorization Form

If you need to make your hotel reservations using a credit card that does not have your personal name on it, make the reservation using that card (whether you’re using reservation weblink or by phone), then contact Kristen McBryde (615.425.3101 or KMcBryde@chartwellhospitality.com) to request a Credit Card Authorization Form to be sent to you. You will need to complete and submit that Credit Card Authorization Form and you should receive a confirmation within 24 hours of completion. When you arrive at the hotel to check-in, you will need to show your ID.  Please bear in mind that, if your employer is not covering your incidentals, then you will still need to provide a valid credit card to use incidental services upon check-in, which is $50.00 per room per night but credited back to your card within 3-5 business days if not used at the hotel.

3. Credit Union Tax Exemption

Federal credit unions are exempt from hotel occupancy taxes and Tennessee state chartered credit unions receive the same benefit under state law. Federal credit unions may take advantage of this by completing both of the documents listed below and presenting them to the hotel at time of check in. Tennessee state credit unions need only to complete and present the second document (the Tennesee Dept. of Revenue Application).
